Configuration:

• To be rented exclusively for one to four people, with a minimum stay of two nights;

Included in the service:

• In the bedrooms: sheets, duvets, towels and washcloths;

• In the toilets: toilet paper and hand soap;

• In the kitchen: all necessary utensils, oven (grill, microwave, fan-assisted), dishwasher with its cartridges, dishwashing products, household products, tea towels, paper towels, large refrigerator with a freezer compartment.

• Two toilets;

• Large shower 90 x 90 cm;

• Large television;

• Internet via wifi.

Please do not bring any of the supplies provided with you to the lodge.
They are not intended for sale or to be kept as souvenirs.

To provide:

• Your personal belongings and your food.

Arrival and departure time:

• Arrival after 6 p.m. and departure before 12 p.m.

• For late arrivals, the key will be available in a key box. The code will be provided on the day of arrival.

Price conditions:

• The basic rate is €85 per night, with a minimum of two nights.

  • A 5% discount is applied for one-week bookings.
  • A 10% discount is applied for two-week bookings.
  • A 15% discount is applied for three-week bookings.
  • A 20% discount is applied for four-week bookings.
  • For stays longer than four weeks, please contact us.

• In addition to the basic rate, there is a tourist tax of €1.65 per night and per adult and a cleaning fee of €50.

Exemptions from the tourist tax

(Article L.2333-31 of the CGCT):

• ​​​minor under 18 years old

• Holders of a seasonal employment contract employed in the territory of the community;

• Persons benefiting from emergency accommodation or temporary rehousing.

Example:

For four adults staying two nights:

• Nightly rate: €85 x 2 (nights) = €160

• Tourist tax: 4 people x 2 nights x €1.65 = €13.20

• Cleaning fee: €50

• Total: €233.20 or €29.15 per night and per person when booking directly.

Payment upon booking:

• Only the full payment of your rental is considered final confirmation.

• Payment methods: bank transfer, PayPal, or credit card;

• Payment must be made after validation of your stay dates by the Gîte du Petit Crochet team and after receipt of your invoice sent by email. (Only the payment of your rental will be considered final confirmation of the reservation. In the event of non-payment, the reservation could be cancelled if another visitor wishes to book on the same dates).

Advantage of paying by PayPal:

• Possibility to pay in 4 installments without fees.

Cancellation and refund conditions:

For reservations made directly with the Gîte du Petit Crochet team, the refund will be made by bank transfer according to the protocol below within a few days. Do not forget to confirm your cancellation of reservation by email by attaching your RIB (Bank Identity Statement).

• 100% refunded more than 30 days before arrival;

• 75% refunded from 21 to 30 days before arrival;

• 50% refunded from 14 to 20 days before arrival;

• 25% refunded from 7 to 13 days before arrival;

• No refund less than 7 days.
